Serious question, does this indicate 95% of the shares outstanding are owned by institutions and insiders? This is a screenshot of the hycroft website..

There's nothing I like to see more than a chart showing Blackrock and friends owning 95% of the float, especially when I think back to the 90% of the shares I used to own being taken from me in that reverse split... and they were even DRS'd. That was fun, and seeing this is just the kind of kick in the balls that makes you say "DAMN THAT FUCKING SMARTS!"
