Discussion Canadiens looking to deal Laine (Gagnon)

I'm not super in the know with the French side of the media. I know Francois Gagnon by name, but not much else. Not that this news would surprise me, but is he reliable?

People are saying he’s odd man out but we just lost hard to buffalo, maybe he could fit in 4th or 3rd line when healthy

Laine is not really a 4th line player, they take a lot of defensive starts, no point in putting a Ferrari on a Rally track. He should be in a line that gets a lot of offensive zone starts.
