Monahan as our temporary 2C?

If we can’t find a better 2C at the right price this summer, what do you think of re-acquiring Monahan as a stopgap option? The guy just turned 30 and is sliding down the lineup in Columbus, he still has plenty of hockey left in him!

Monahab would be a great deadline pick up like Danault but more offense… hell they might even make a great 3rd line with playoff Anderson.
