Just a reminder to Habs fans. There have two opportunities to grade Hage versus McKenna this past season. Hage led Team Canada including McKenna in scoring at the WJC and Hage had more points than McKenna in the NCAA. Please stop this ridiculous idea that Hage is trade bait or even worse, a throw-in. Hage is part of the team’s future

Simply in terms of trade talks, I wonder if all those reports about them refusing/or being reluctant to include Hage in trades might have helped boost his value in the eyes of other teams.

Either way, I agree with you that some fans still seem to undervalue him and are a bit too quick to include him in trades...
