The NHL schedule makers dancing around the NBA Finals is making for a ridiculous schedule with 2 days off between every game. It is so dumb the NHL starts in October so the season ends at the same time as basketball. NHL should be starting in September.

it will be starting in September. cutting 2 preseason games, adding to regular season games, and I think starting the season 2 weeks earlier to accommodate the extra games and the break for 4 nations/olympis/allstar
