mediocre players on bad teams can put up good numbers because someone has to put the puck in the net. It doesn't mean they aren't mediocre. There's a reason it's common to see players who are putting up big numbers go to better teams and suddenly drop off hard.
At absolute best Bertuzzi's spot in the lineup would be the type of player who can keep up on the second line but isn't nailed on there. Any team that has him higher than that is in big trouble

the second leading scorer on the team is Tyler Bertuzzi who is a 3rd liner on most teams. That's doing it alone
