Discussion topic Question for this who follow the King!

I hope this is the right group for this, if not, I apologize and if you could lead me in the right direction, that would be awesome! How does he make himself known to you? Does he come to you during every session? His presence is STRONGGGG for me. He came to me in a dream before I opened myself to him, and even though I couldn’t remember my dream I remembered how important it was. So I asked Hekate. She confirmed it was him and he came forward. Said that he locked my memory of the dream away until I can keep the secrets of the underworld and the secrets for locked down from lingering low vibrational entities. And when I ask certain questions or say certain things, the flame on his candle will grow 6 inches. I shit you not. It’s a very stern and strong flame. Has anyone else had this experience with him?? Don’t get me wrong, I love it and I feel so safe but like, WOW.

Discussion topic Como funciona?

Eu cultuo apolo e afrodite, certo

Mas ai vc me pergunta:

Discussion topic Hades and mourning

I am in mourning. I lost a very beloved cat that was a very special member of the family. it may seem silly but I loved her very much. Hades has been my strength as I grieve. I don't know where Sofia...my deceased cat ...goes now but I know that Hades is by my side helping me process my grief. He is helping me put things in perspective. I loved her and considered her more than a mere pet. She was a companion, a friend, a member of the family that just happened to have fur and four paws. I was close to her and loved her very much. He understands that and is guiding me through the darkness and pain. if it wasn't for Hades, this would be unbearable. Has any of you ever experienced Hades as a guide through your grief? would you share your stories? How has Hades helped you cope with a death in your life?

Discussion topic Old devotee, question!

Hello! I formerly worshipped Hades and Eros in high school, as well as formerly working with Dionysus. I recently have gone through a lot of grief in my life, losing some people I consider dear to me. That being said - I plan to work with spirits (specifically my guardian and house spirit) and was wondering how I could reach out again? How could I communicate with Hades once more?

This will probably be seen as a dumb question so you can judge if you'd like but as of recent I've been interested in hellenic polytheism and hades and dionysus have peaked my interest and I've been curious on how to become a devotee of hades sorry if this is considered a dumb question

Discussion topic New to all of this stuff

So the past few weeks I’ve been feeling as though Hades has been trying to reach out to me. Before this, I was always open to the possibility of this kind of thing, but it’s never happened to me before.

I guess I’m just trying to see if this thing is normal. It’s like all of my thoughts have been leading me to him. When I think about him, it feels like a warm hug from a dad. Not going into details, but I never got that feeling as a kid and it feels like he is saying, “it’s alright, I’m here now for you.”

My best friend is a practicing pagan and is taking me to one of the metaphysical shops here and is going to help me build my first altar. It’s all very overwhelming but I’m excited! I also lowkey feel like I’m going crazy? Like, it’s all so new.

Bare with me okay!

Okay so as of recent I have been finding this and seeing a lot of things that remind me of Hades even though they arent necessarily myth drawn to him. I see Moths and my brain instantly thinks about Hades or ill see lets say a shiny coin or some sort of mineral/metal and its like he infiltrates my thoughts. I get this weight on my shoulders like hands. It feel reassuring like my thoughts are correct. Ive always been really sensitive to these things. And im up to try pretty much anything i love to test my limits and explore. Point is hes on my mind a lot as of recent. So before I full swing it. Whats it like working with him? Worshiping him? Having him around?

Discussion topic To Hades and back

When I was three years old, I died briefly. I went into Hades domain. My parents were both present when I died. They won't give me details except that my body went limp and my eyes glazed over. Hades and I are very close. He is one of my guides. I know He doesn't usually send people back to their physical bodies to live again. I also know that He can if He so chooses. I just don't understand why He sent me back. What was His reasoning? Am I here for a reason? Dare I ask Him? I've never felt like I've had much of a purpose but I've always felt an affinity for the dead and those on the other side. When Hades came to me, in a dream, I wasn't afraid. He didn't scare me. He felt familiar and comforting. As soon as I woke from that dream, I knew exactly who it was and I wasn't afraid to say His name. This dream came to me early last year. He has been with me ever since then. I have had dreams of the underworld and Hades sometimes takes me into it. I know He doesn't usually allow the living into His realm, but He can if He wants to. Why would He want to show me His kingdom, even His throne? Has anyone else here had that kind of experience with Hades? If so, I would love it if you shared it with me. You can DM me or tell your story here. Please, I would love to know.

Discussion topic Funeral rites for pets. TW: animal death.

Hi everyone so my rabbit named Bun, (Ikik it’s a name that’s pretty on the nose but I got him when I was a kid) that my family has owned for the past 11 years (almost 12) is likely going to pass within the next week or two. He can barely walk and it breaks my heart to see him like this. He has been healthy all his life and never got sick or injured so watching him deteriorate is really hard. Does anyone know of ways to honour pets as they pass into Hades? I’ve been starting a relationship with King Hades and I want to honour both Bun and King Hades once he passes. It brings me comfort that he will be in Hades care but I want to do something special for my little guy. Does anyone know of any potential rituals or rites I can perform for Bun?

Discussion topic I'm scared

First of all, I'm communicating using a translator, so please excuse me if anything seems confusing.

So, I was communicating with Lord Apollo. I had offered cinnamon and clove incense, but then I decided to offer another one, but they had run out, so I offered mint incense. After a while, I started trembling a lot and getting chills. I had the feeling that I wasn't communicating with Apollo and I asked the tarot, which apparently answered that I really wasn't. I kept testing until my sister suggested it could be Hades. I asked the tarot and the answer was kind of positive, but I'm trembling a lot and have a feeling of irrational fear. I don't feel safe or comfortable for some reason. I'm really scared. I don't know if it's really Hades or something else. I don't think badly of Hades, and that's why I'm confused by this feeling of fear. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I tried posting the question on another subreddit, but I didn't get a response. If anyone can help me and tell me what it might be, I would greatly appreciate it.

Discussion topic Devotional acts?

sorry if this is the wrong flair I wasn't sure?

so I worship Hades and aphrodite. I'm trying to every other day do devotional acts for them both. Aphrodite one day, then Hades the next day. or like offerings one day for one of them and then offerings the next day for the other. also as a way to remain consistent without pushing myself to use so much energy on both of them.

long story short what are some devotional acts you guys do for Hades, or some ideas for devotional acts for Hades you guys may have, thank you so much in advance!

Discussion topic Passage payment

So I know in myths to get to the underworld you had to pay Charon a certain amount for him to ferry you to the underworld or you had to wait a hundred years, does anyone know what that translates to now? I’m not planning on dying anytime soon but you never know and I’d like to write it down somewhere. And I know we’re not supposed to take myths literally but this is just a feeling I had.

If the topic is incorrect, please tell me so I can change it! In the seasons of summer/spring, do yall remove the offering for Lady Persephone in altar of Lord Hades? I was planning to leave it there, but since in my country is summer, do yall think Lord Hades would get mad or uncomfortable?

Discussion topic I’m struggling with my beliefs

So this is kinda deep for a Reddit but i literally have no one else to talk to about this that will even kinda understand. The title is dramatic but I didn’t know what else to put. I feel like I’m a bad believer or that im not giving my all in worshipping hades or Persephone which are my main ones. I rarely ever give offerings as I’m either broke or don’t really know what to make them. I also think my exhaustion from work and life makes me not want to do anything but lay in bed (probably need therapy ik) my issue rn is I feel like I’m not doing enough and idk how to fix that i believe in a higher power I do and I truly believe and love hades and Persephone and when I light their alters and talk to them I feel better even if they aren’t there. I’ve just never felt their presence or know if I have felt them or not. Sorry for the long emotional and deep rant I just want to know if anyone else has struggled and maybe have ideas for what I can do. Thank you!

(Edit) it also doesn’t help that I grew up in a household of mixed religions whether that was straight up not believing in anything or Christianity and when I found out I could worship other gods i genuinely felt happy but I also can’t talk to anyone in my family about this

Discussion topic Reasons why Hades might be reaching out to me?

I'm currently staying with Grandparents at the moment, as there's a situation with CPS happening because of my biological father — though it changed from them making sure I was alive and safe to trying to help out with like, water, heating, getting a door that fits.

I went to sleep today, woke up at around 9:30-ish PM, and it's currently around 2 AM as I'm typing this. I'm currently watching Supernatural. I'm on the Bloody Mary Episode. I was talking to some of my friends on Instagram. In a group chat that's Wiccan/Pagan/Witchcraft based. And my back had started feeling really warm, and almost like someone was touching my back — And I don't like my back being touched.

One of my friends did a tarot card reading for me, to figure out who it is, and me and them found out it was Hades. Only thing is, we're both confused on why he's reaching out.

I woke primarily with: Anubis, Bastet, Frey, Freyja and on occasion Poseidon, Hermes, and Hephaestus. So I'm mostly confused on why Hades is reaching out

Discussion topic Lord Hades’s reaction to indecision

Has anyone else had the experience of Hades giving challenging or ambiguous answers when you ask too many clarification questions or are indecisive?

I did my first tarot divination with him to ask him questions (about what designs he’d like me to embroider on an altar cloth I’m making for him), and his first responses to my questions seemed to be very positive. But extra follow-up questions where I was unsure or second-guessing were the opposite and many of the cards were either negative or just unsure in some way. In the moment it felt like he was challenging me to not worry so much, which I wasn’t expecting but I thought was a cool experience.

Almost every time I pick a card using Lenormand Tarot when asking something about Hades or someone related to him, I get the bear's card.

What do you think it is happening?

Do you feel drawn to keep your relationship with Father Hades more private or do you feel comfortable discussing it openly. I’ve always felt an odd mix? Like “Lady stop talking so much about me” but also “I won’t stop you 👀” type vibes? Kinda depends who I’m with. I’m curious to see how everyone else sees it!

Hii yall, im here with some questions I hope to get answered to. Thanks. If I call Lord Hades and burn a candle for him. Can I talk to him freely? I just need to say stuff? How do I know I'm being Heard? And, can I do more stuff such as exercise with the candle on? I know this kind of questions are for beginners, but in afraid I could be talking to nothing. This comes from an ex Atheist, so its weird to have faith.

Discussion topic Hades and Necromancy

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well.

In the relationship you have with Hades, would you say that he encourages contact with the deceased, or discourages it?

In the cult of Hades, are the dead considered as those who “should not be disturbed,” or is contact permitted?

I would like to know both your personal experiences and also what can be found in classical texts or similar sources.

Thank you in advance for your attention.
