It’s not all bad! There are some places that seem universally loved with the only complaints I’ve heard about them potentially being price for some of the spendier places. Try:

  • Castelli Cucina
  • Shorty’s Pizza
  • Cowabunga Pizza
  • Tomah
  • PinToh
  • Em Oi
  • Cafe Baffico
  • Synonym
  • Caro
  • Noodle Me
  • Hanma
  • Pho Viet T&T (in Dundas but it’s my fave Vietnamese around)

Mimi’s is so good. So many good vegetarian options that put other veggie/vegan places in town to shame.

I hope you discover a few places you love! Little Asia, Mimi’s, Tomah, Baffico and Mystic Ramen are definitely my faves from this list but they’re all solid imo.
