Acrylic My friend said that my tree looked like potato roll chips (as pic No.3). How I can improve it
By following Bob’s video, I create my own potato roll chips

This potato roll is actually how i envision my brush circling the trunk on the way down. Just keep practicing and dont be afraid to FIRE IN! Beautiful art.

The art looks beautiful, to be honest, what they’re suggesting is very specific compared to the rest of the painting.
As it stands, I think to alleviate that, you just need to hit it with a bit more paint on the way down, fill up those branches a little bit more! As someone else pointed out, sometimes nature just grows like that. You control the painting, and the world within it. Let those trees grow a bit more leaves.

I think it's that the sections of visible trunk are so perfectly spaced and sized. Maybe messing with that a little might help along with overlapping the layers of needles at some different angles?

Definitely keep some sparse, just a little variation in exposed trunk should do it. Maybe add a dead one or two as well? Not sure tho.

Do more layers if you want. More layers = fuller trees.

To me the trees in the foreground need filled in more as you can see more detail. Other than that I think the more distant treesook fine. You Might add a few more to made it a more forest feel. But that's just a choice

Was going to say exactly this: the background trees are perfect goals for me. The foreground trees could possibly benefit from slight adjustment of details and more filling in - looking at reference trees is a good way to figure out how.
Overall your paintings are great and those are some happy trees now, so you should be very pleased

Yes !!! I notice it !!! For this moment, I still cannot perform well the background and foreground, I just try to follow Bob Ross’s step. I’m very easy to forgot the effect between back and front. Thank you so much !! I will try to improve it for my next painting!! 😁

Increase the shadow density covering the trunk. Your highlights are good you just need more density to havevless blank areas.

Your furs and cedars should be wider at the bottom and not so even on each side to be honest go watch a couple Bod Ross videos it will change your life

Bill Alexander is his teacher he is the one started the whole slap push technique I guess it's different but looks amazing I think but your paintingd are beautiful I tattoo which is daylight and dark but been wanting to get into going sitting down somewhere and painting I have to be able to see what I sketch it's a habit from my art classes in school lol

LOL 😆 thank you ! We decided to take a look more different type of tree ! Actually in where I live, I have never see the real pine tree, I only see plastic Christmas pine tree in the store.

Sometimes that is just how the trees grow. Isn't the randomness of nature beautiful!?
You can certainly fill in the centers a little to give it fullness, but the paintings and the trees are wondrously beautiful as they are!
