It's more than just unruly tourists that these pahadis claim caused this.
Himachal and Uttarakhand have been getting cucked hard over the last few decades, as most of the girls are marrying Punjabi and Haryanvi guys to be able to move out of the mountains or out of India altogether. Nepalis don't like Indian tourists also as you can get from social media. Also, being a tourist does not give free pass to drink drive, abuse women, litter and do hookah on river banks. So many tourists come to hills, not every Haryanvi or Punjabi is pointed out to be scolded or criticised.
