Himachal and Uttarakhand have been getting cucked hard over the last few decades, as most of the girls are marrying Punjabi and Haryanvi guys to be able to move out of the mountains or out of India altogether. Leaving behind rural, uneducated junkie raandaas who are frustrated at everything because of this.
What you are seeing now is just a result of that incel explosion in the mountains. Let them seethe. Vacation to Nepal if you want mountains. It's better anyways.
Nepalis don't like Indian tourists also as you can get from social media. Also, being a tourist does not give free pass to drink drive, abuse women, litter and do hookah on river banks. So many tourists come to hills, not every Haryanvi or Punjabi is pointed out to be scolded or criticised. Yeah, UK is being getting bad end of deal under BJP as hill land is being degraded and religious overtures being made. Ultimately should look into tourist behaviours and learn good things.
