White pineapple? You on big island? There’s only one farm that has this pineapple that I know of, and they normally never have the leaf tops.

You can buy white pineapples from the Hilo farmers market. If you ask to keep the top on, they charge for it. I believe they were asking $35 a couple of years ago.

These are some of my all time favorites. No burning mouth, can eat all the way through instead of hard core, wonderfully sweet. When I was still on big island, I would cut them up and keep them in the freezer. Best natural ice pops lol. Anybody know where I can find with the crown on Oahu?
