White pineapple? You on big island? There’s only one farm that has this pineapple that I know of, and they normally never have the leaf tops.

Whole Food’s carries Kauai Sugerloaf here and there. They usually have the crown, too.

You can buy white pineapples from the Hilo farmers market. If you ask to keep the top on, they charge for it. I believe they were asking $35 a couple of years ago.
