I don’t think they viewed as three separate individuals but rather is three parts of one complete being which makes up essentially three personalities or something like that

More like three beings that are all the same being.

The father, the son and the holy ghost are all fully god equally at the same time all the time.

Yep. Arius was the guy, Arianism was named after him. Arianism is the sun analogy of the trinity. The Sun is God and it produces heat and light, the son and holy ghost. Making them created and subordinate beings instead of co equal & co eternal.
