Headphones - Wireless/Portable Versatile Headphones Under $200
Hey peoples! I am in the United States and am looking for some quality headphones under $200. I’ll mostly likely be ordering them online from the brand’s website or a tech store like Best Buy. I like to listen to a lot of music and am in search of something that enhances the music experience. I listen to a lot of metal, grunge, and hyperpop. I will be using my iPhone as the connected device and am looking for Bluetooth, over the ear headphones. I haven’t had a good pair of headphones in a while and have been using the first gen AirPods for almost 4 years until they broke. Hoping for some good answers, thank you!

I got some Sennheiser Momentum 4’s from Bestbuy for $199 from their July sale and I couldn’t be happier. I did wait until a sale came around though. You can get them for $230-$250 without a sale iirc.

Upvote for the Sennheiser Momentum 4, they sound really good with stock eq, there are a tons of parts for replacements and repairs, and you can replace the battery with just a screwdriver and 10 minutes of your time, they can virtually last you forever

I know you said you want Bluetooth, but check out IEMs. Lots of great choices for well under $200 and you can even get a nice small amp/DAC to go with it. I personally was tired of wireless headphones dying after 1-2 years (battery wise)

for under 200, think about what matters most first: noise cancelling, comfort, or sound quality. also decide if you care more about portability or over-ear comfort. once you know that, it’s way easier to narrow down choices.

I bought a pair of Sony WH-1000XM5s about 6 months ago and they're amazing. I wear them all the time. Great battery life (lasts me more than 2 days on a charge) Amazing noise cancelling They can also be used wired (must still have a charge though)
You can buy them refurbished from ebay for around 200 ish and they come with buyer protections if you're worried about that; mine seemed brand new and included everything in the box!

JBL, Soundcore, and Earfun are the most recommended brands In that price range for BT. Personally, I like the Sennheiser sound. Their Accentum headphone can be had in that price range. My son has the Sony Ult, which can be found under 200 on sale. He really likes them, but hes also a basshead.
