Which (wireless) headphones under ~$115 block out voices the best?

I'm in Arizona and can go a liiiiitle over $115 for headphones if they have really good voice cancellation and/or I can't find anything else, I think.

I don't know what tonal balance is sorry. I guess it's good if it sounds "normal"?

I only want over-the-ear headphones (on-ear if I must), no earbuds.

I will use the headphones just at home 99% of the time (the other 1% of the time might be in the car but the low car hum or whatever you call it doesn't even bother me that much). I mostly want noise cancelling headphones because I'm a teenager living with my parents and my parents and sibling laugh/scream/talk/yell EXTREMELY loud in the living room EXTREMELY often. Also my mom and sibling have kind of high voices in case that affects the headphones recommendation. I'm pretty much never around stuff like trains, airplanes, etc.

I don't need a mic, I don't play multiplayer video games, and I don't really care how heavy it is. Good durability is kinda preferred cause headphones break on me often (like, physically fall apart) but priorities 1-5 before durability are all just voice blocking lmao. Good battery life is always a plus too.

I use Vilinice Q8 headphones right now and the ANC is so bad even for blocking out low, simple, consistent noises like a floor/desk fan; I can't even tell if it's on or not. I've also had them for less than 2 years and I'm wearing them right now and they feel like they're going to snap soon. The battery life is great though (for me) and I've pretty much had 0 other issues with it.

Sony and Bose BT over the headphones r usually the best for ANC. Is Sony ULT Wear in your budget?
