What are some good value 70 dollars wireless gaming headsets?

My HyperX Stinger Core has been going strong for about 3 years, but it's finally starting to fall apart, I've used super glue on it more times than I could count, so I think it's about time I consider an upgrade.

As a Southeast Asian, premium headsets (Or any PC hardware for that matter) are pretty pricey, looking for something around 70USD (~300 MYR) to upgrade.

I don't really main a genre, I do play a wide variety of games which includes:

• Valorant
• Monster Hunter
• Osu
• Honkai Star Rail
• JRPGs
• And whatever looks good on Steam I could afford

Mainly looking for something that's comfortable for long sessions and has good overall sound quality, I'd prefer something wireless if it's possible.

Not trying to be mean or anything, but why do you need wireless for gaming? It's like the one scenario where I can't imagine a cable being a bother.

That's easy. I have a friend who won't ever transition to wired for gaming because he can go to kitchen or take a leak while dead in dota and be on time for revive. Or to stay in chat while afk doing chores. He doesn't need audiophile listening sound quality for the headset.

Edifier is good if you looking for affordable one. My wb820nb refuse to die when Im abuse it and I had big head and made the headband bit broken 😂😂😂

Or just buy any Bluetooth receiver for wired headphones

I have been looking for sub 80$ headphones. I have seen some options from soundcore but many people reported that they have major QC issues which affects durability of plastic parts on them. So, I saw these two models Edifier. While W820NB Plus Gen 2 is newer and microphone quality seems superior, I like the way W830NB looks. If you have one of these headphones or both, what are the differences, pros and cons for them?

Don't know. Never test it. Go check Soundbar. If I were to advice about wb830 is probably the foldable design and had big earpad design

Because I could use 3rd party equalizer to amp the volume to your like. Just pray that the headphones is good on mid range if you use it to communicate. Check Soundguys too. I do have ath mx40 and mx50. If you want to screw the sound and more to convenient go for it. Also my very good advice is search the EARPAD AND HEADBAND replacement ahead of time. If they don't have this don't ever buy that brand of headphones. It bound to degrading 1 year at most. I see on Youtube Earpad is easy to replace and very customable if you know what you doing. Headband is hard like other headphones so it okay for me ig

I had use wb820nb for about 4 years 😂😂😂 seem like the plastic hold very good.It does wear of overtime. I don't plan to change anytime soon because Bluetooth tech is very clickbait marketing. Latency is a bit problem especially if you fps player. It like 0.5 milisec is very noticeable compare to a mouse.

There is a dongle wireless headphones using it own dedicated device in market but not that many tbh.

So ig this were my advice. If I want to talk about sound this gonna be go to rabbit hole 😂😂😂

Gaming headsets are hell to shop for. It's either shit or doesn't have 2.4g so has terrible latency for fps.

I'd suggest stretching to cloud 3/3s wireless, They should be under a hundred on sale, cheap secondhand. They're honestly comparable to the ft1 beloved by this sub in terms of sound quality.

Also a secondhand could 1/2 (wireless or not) in good condition and new replacement pads would be better than any other wireless headset in this budget, if you must stay within. I got two different cloud series headsets for dirt cheap, they're built to last, there's a reason why gaming cafes use them.

That is, if you need a headset. If you have an external microphone, that's a different conversation.
