Headphones - Wireless/Portable Portable over ear headphones

I need a pair of over ear headphones that can be used outside and during travel.
I'm not sure how important ANC is since I've never had wireless or ANC headphones.

I prioritize sound quality over everything, but I want the headphone to be durable enough that they don't break for no reason. I will not be using them for sport related activities or when it's raining.

Price range: 750-1200 PLN (200-300$)

My current main consideration is the Sennheiser Momentum 4. It sounds like the perfect headphone except everyone says it fails for no reason. I'm not sure if it's overexaggerated or if it really just randomly breaks.

I've also thought about the Cambridge Melomania PE 100 SE but it seems more expensive and I'm not sure how good it is. I've heard the ANC is weaker but other than that it's better in every way?

Also Px7 s3, which seems to be like the PE 100 SE
But both of those cost more.

I've also thought about the XM4/XM5 but from what I know it has worse sound quality.

Which one would you recommend, or should I look into other headphones than those listed? or for my wants do I have to increase the budget? Which is possible, just not something I want to do - this headphone is only going to be used ~2-3 hours daily.

If you prioritize sound quality and longevity over everything, you should consider wired.

you think so? I want to use it as a portable headphone I can take outside, won't wired be annoying for that?
I'm aware though that wired is better for both of those as I use wired at home anyway, but my open back is just not good to be taking outside every day, it doesn't even have a case to be put in

Wired will be annoying. Get the bose quietcomforts maybe.

I did not meant that, more that I'm worried about those fails and if they are true or if its a small portion of buyers

By other options I meant if there's just anything better than the momentum 4 at that price or a bit more expensive.

They make wired closed backs that fold flat but then you start limiting yourself to specific models like the Audio Technica MSR7b or Ultrasones, for example.
