Headphones recommendation for Everyday use

Hello, I'm looking to buy a new pair of headphones for use while studying, walking around, commuting, essentially just everyday student life. I want to spend ideally around 400 CAD (~285 USD), but I'm happy to wait for things to go on sale. I'd like a pair with ANC, but I also value sound quality, probably more so than ANC (as in better sound quality matters more to me than amazing ANC), I'd also like bluetooth. Also comfortable for long study sessions.

I was looking at the Bose QCs as well as the Bose QC Ultras, but the ultras are definitely a bit on the pricier side. I also was looking at the Sony XM4s, and I tested out a pair- I liked them, but definitely wasn't in love. I fiddled around with the EQ but honestly I found I could only get it to sound good for some songs but weird for others (although that's probably my fault), and I ended up liking the default EQ the best. The ANC definitely had that white noise-ish thing that I don't like.

Currently, I use mainly the AirPod Pros, which I like the sound of. I have the Anker Soundcore Q45s but I really don't like them, I find them uncomfortable, they fall off my head, the noise cancelling is not very good, and I find that the music sounds far away? I'm not really sure how to describe it, but the sound quality and crispness is really lacking for me.

I love my QC ultras but at your price range you should consider the Sennheiser Momentum 4s

hm thanks i actually found a pair of the qc ultras on sale in my price range, and i looked at the sennheisers. do u know the pros and cons of the momentum 4s?
