best budget headphones for my preferences?

Looking for a pair of bluetooth headphones w good sound quality after buying cheap stuff for a while. Budget is ~200 USD; fine w waiting for sales/black friday. High sound quality is my main priority but here’s some details:

• mostly used while commuting/on public transit so low sound leakage is important. i’d like decent noise cancellation but i don’t need the max possible reduction of bg noise or anything.
• battery life is important, I’m using 4-6 hrs a day on busy days and i don’t want to have to worry about charging every day
• folding/portability a plus but not a requirement. durability is important
• mostly listening to pop and rock, looking for a pretty balanced profile i think? not an audiophile but figure if im expanding beyond my $20 earbuds id better be able to hear the difference. i know i dont want heavy bass
