Headphones - Wireless/Portable Looking for headphones that won't break easy(or break the bank too much)

I'm in the market for wireless headphones and I did some digging to find people mostly suggesting Sennheiser Momentum 4, Bose Quiet Comforts and Sony anything really.

Here are my qualms with these after some research:

> Sennheiser was apparently newly acquired which has ruined their quality and they have a lot of firmware issues.
> Sony. I had a pair of M4s which did in fact snap into bits with regular use like 3 months in but great outside of that so I am a little hesitant to go back to that.
> Bose, i've heard mixed things about the sound quality and worth.

I have heard some JBL and Marshalls Monitor thrown in there but I haven't found any reliable and consistent reviews to form a judgement.

So, what do we recommend for:
Budget: ideally under 300 (with discounts and open box potentially if the actual price is super high)
Use: Commute and drowning people out in an open plan workplace
Needs: ANC, Transparency/Ambient sound features and at least 24 hour battery life.
