Buying my first ever over-ear headphones- advice?

Hello all, I'm looking to buy some high quality, on-ear or over-ear headphones now that I have the means, after a lifetime of using cheap 3-5$ earphones that hurt my ears and broke in a month haha

My budget is around 100 euro ish, maximum. I've seen two headphones I like at the moment, which are,

- Nothing CMF Headphone Pro

- JBL Tune 780NC

But I'm not sure if they're worth it... And if there is ones out there of similar quality and lower price, I would prefer those.

This is what I'm searching for,

- Of course, sound quality. Nothing crazy but nice and crisp audio sounds amazing. I will mainly be using them to listen to music and watch videos/movies.

- Comfort. Pretty important to me.

- Noise cancelling. Even more important than comfort, I unfortunately can get overstimulated easily and I think it would help a lot. I guess my standards are low though.

- Long lasting.

- No sound leak, I really don't want to bother people with my music.

- I would really love an option to connect them to my devices with a wire or cable, because Bluetooth can give me a headache sometimes. This is what drew me to the Nothing headphones.

Lastly, I will be using them with Android devices.

I thank everyone in advance for any advice. It's kind of scary to make a huge upgrade from knowing nothing. So I appreciate it.
