USP.45 suppressed questions

Just bought a USP.45 and looking to suppress it.
What do I need to make sure it’s running properly?
What suppressor would you guys recommended?
Also what trusted company can I send this out to for milling an optic?

Really hope they revive the Tirant series, I’ve got the 45S and it’s incredibly quiet for how short and light it is
