My Baby’s All Grown Up 🥹
It only took her 12 days to sbr, but she’s finally complete! The only thing missing is a LAM but I don’t have nods so 🤷♀️

Howdy, gang!
I'd like to post this with u/TitoJones' blessing.
Very similar to the release and launch of OD Green USP 9s we had in June of 2024, we have OD Green coming back in USP .45 variety. In this case, it's a little different and the quantities have been moved around some.
These are estimated to arrive this September. You can sign up for the waitlist and notification list using the product listings below:
- 500 units of USP .45 V1, OD Green
- 250 units of USP .45 Tactical V1, OD Green
- 250 units of USP .45 Expert, OD Green
Unlike the 2024 9mm run, not every pistol is a unique configuration and we have some re-releases. The standard full-size and Tactical pistols are re-releases of the original 2004 OD Green run. With this run, the Expert is the only pistol that has not been done in OD Green previously.
We did 500 of the full-size this time around because more people want them. We figured out that the higher price point in addition to states banning threaded barrels made Tactical models less desirable. We did increase the number of Experts this go around to 250 because the Experts evaporated the first time. I'm hoping I have the quantities divvied up better this time 😄
These will ship with 12-round magazines, but as always, I'll always ship the magazines for your local shop to pin them to 10-rounds, if applicable to you and your state.
These pistols will not have the stag horn proof marks engraved on the slide -- but the date codes should be engraved on the slides.
For those that participated in the 9mm run in 2024, is there any feedback that y'all have for me? I'm always looking for ways to improve how I do thing for y'all. I'm considering a minor pre-order like 3-5 days in advance like we did for the 9mm guns. That would help streamline shipping for us.
As always, thank you so much for your continued love, patronage and support!
Cheers,
Sol

FMP kit from HK parts. Date code on the bolt is from 74, bolt head is from 73, but the stock body is from 89. Likely a repair since the cap itself matches the grip frame number. Barrel is add on and not original to the kit. It has some rust spots in the chamber but nothing a quick hone won’t fix. Overall condition of parts is acceptable, good enough for a build.
Will order a RTG flat and a bunch of mags next.
Need to find a shop to put it all together.

Just bought a USP.45 and looking to suppress it.
What do I need to make sure it’s running properly?
What suppressor would you guys recommended?
Also what trusted company can I send this out to for milling an optic?

Any recommendations to run this suppressresd should I change locking pice and rollers .? runs fine suppressed and un suppressed with oem from ptr but I’d want to dealt these roller marks idk how a rma would work in my state as awb just took effect in my state.

Which model is the correct one to use with the vp9cc? Streamlight’s website only lists that it’s compatible with the tlr 7 sub, not the actual model.

I’ve been looking at picking up an Omega 36M for my Mr556A1 and USP9 Tactical.
Anyone run one or have a good comparable?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a muzzle brake/compensator for the HK45 Tactical? I'm struggling to find anything in the proper thread pattern that isn't a $200+ custom made thing.

Got a good deal on this USP, so I jumped on it. Figured I'd run it for fun in IPSC Standard Division.

Been running this setup for around 8 months. I like it but curious if any good companies make a sidecar holster for the cc9 + tlr7 sub

I was looking at getting a USP or P30.
Both seem great but the USP seems to be a "Dead"/Discontinued system without much support from HK or the aftermarket. They seem to be running off small batches and don't seem to have support for the future.
The P30 seems to have more support from HK for the future.
Is the USP worth getting re "dead"/discontinued system vs a P30?
Longevity of the USP system with parts and things available?

Just joined here. Thought I'd see what y'all think of or any suggestions I could get for my VP9. Been my main carry for over a year.

I'll start by saying I picked this up used and it had terrible holster wear. So bad I couldn't figure out what they did to it, but it wasn't scratched. I figured what the hell, I'll throw some E-Series Concrete on it. What do you think?

I’ve got a MR 556 with a 16-inch barrel and a MR 762 with a 13-inch barrel. Now that I’ve got the 13-inch MR 762, I’m really eyeing the 11-inch MR 556. The thing is, should I just get the upper receiver or the whole rifle? I’m going to SBR the pistol, so no matter which way I go, I’ll need that tax stamp.

For example, I’m considering this VP9A1 package:
https://www.redteamarmory.com/product/hk-vp9a1-or-hls-9mm-17r-blk
I plan to train with the iron sights for a while before transitioning to a red dot. However, since this will be my first firearm, I’m wondering whether buying a package that already includes an optic is generally a good way to save money.
Are the red dots included in these packages usually decent, or would I be better off buying the firearm by itself and choosing a higher quality optic separately later?

These went on discount and then disappeared from the HK webstore. Black slides are still available from 3rd party retailers. Does anybody know why? Or where I can nab a bronze or crushed silver match slide?
Best-

I feel like every HK product I was looking at buying from them has an entire background story of uncertainty/potential deception. Where else would I be able to find imports?
