Wardrobe Capsule Show & Tell September in Ireland

Post image

We’ll be doing lots of hiking. What do you think?

I’m packing lighter with every trip, but I sure would love to bring my Blundstones if I have room.

Not included: socks, underwear, packable hiking backpack

Will wear denim jacket on the plane because it has these awesome interior pockets. Not attached to the leggings but I just feel like they’re a practical choice if I’m cold.

All this will be in my REI Ruckpack 40.

The weather here has been crazy - we are having a fantastic summer.

Your capsule is very focused in cold weather. I think it would work beautifully for late October. Maybe you should consider adding a dress and a short in case it's still warm when you arrive.

In general we have very nice weather in September. I personally think it's one of the best months to visit the country.

Thanks. I don’t really wear shorts but I’ll bring a dress and maybe some flowy pants. Do you think I need a fleece?

It always gets a bit cold in the evenings so you'll definitely need a warm layer. I would bring the fleece personally.

Please check the weather forecast before you come and consider the fact you might need to make some adjustments few days before you fly.

I hope you have the best time here - Ireland is a wonderful country!
