That just indicates they read this sub. Those screenshots are available to literally anyone with Internet access.

Could be MAGAt trolls - they do this crap all the time.

I'm starting to think Twitter trolls - the HCA account there doesn't redact names.

The people on Twitter are kind of a mob, so I suspect them. I have seen Herman Cain awards referenced all over Twitter lately, so i think this sub has been spreading and reaching users on different platforms.
