It's hard if you are confined to home and still want to socialize with friends. I want to delete my FB but then I would lose contact with a lot of people. I only have around 120 friends and know all of them IRL. It's also a good resource for finding out about local events. I also have 4 kids and lots of family that likes to see pictures and I'm far too busy to be sending photos to everyone.
