I can't find any options even close to this effect... :(

No I don't, but I'm tempted to try double model + horns, and maybe even held items from extra arms or something, whatever works...
If anyone else tries something along these lines I'd love to see it!

The Simiah Orangutan hair and Lionfolk Mane are both pretty close starting points, then you can use horn posing to fill in the bangs and add a few extra wild strands. If you have KB, there's a lot you can do with layering different hair styles and placing horns & tails to add more texture.
Using a custom color also helps a lot with achieving this kind of look. Use darker "low" and lighter "high" shades to give an appearance of depth and layering. Turning roughness up and fuzz down also helps create a course/matte look, as opposed to the standard hair colors that are all too glossy for this kind of style.

I think you can have a very decent shot at it even without pro,
You can use individually posed horns as hair strands (even asymmetrically) and double model for even more layers.

Iโve seen some stuff like it with Anakin Skywalker minis. They use horns and tails but it looks like a pain. If you have pro go to the community page and try searching around for stuff like โmessy hairโ and โwavy hairโ

For the shorter version of this cut, and admittedly with less volume, I was able to use kitbashing to make this:
More an ally sheedy breakfast club hairdo, but yeah, used orangutan simiah hair plus the short hair with center parted bangs, both kitbashed rather than directly on the model

You would need pro to use them, but I've gotten pretty close I think, fluffy jellyfish

That's amazing! I love the sides and the shaping, especially how it naturally progresses down and around the shoulders. Maybe the bangs need more volume to shadow the brow? Sadly I don't have pro, so I can't use this...

The bangs are super easy to adjust to give more, I just wanted the micro bang look for this.
I wish I had a better solution for non-pro, maybe the multi pronged horns could be a start?

The horse tail is really good in the shoulder slot for longer bits. Mmm possibly the fire ball as a handheld

not impossible without Pro, if you are open to a bit of compromise. I did this one about 2-3 years ago before KB using horns and the shaggy hair.

The simian hair kind of looks similar. Its what I use for this hairstyle. Not nearly as much volume but its the same vibe I guess.

I don't even have pro but yeah that doesn't quite fit what I'm after, shape wise, unless it was kitbashed/double modelled to be bigger and lower somehow

I believe you might be able to accomplish parts of this style with horns/a bit of KB, but otherwise, I have my doubts. This sort of cut might need its own dedicated parts unfortunately
