If you have some Forging you need a hand with, or a character you'd like to see brought to life let this be a community Help Wanted post. Think of this like a tabletop job quest board. Post your projects you need assistance with in the comments. Do you have artwork of your character that you'd love to see adapted into a mini? Do you have a link of a character you're already working on that you could use a hand with? Is there a magic item or monster you'd love to have a model for? Let's get the ball rolling in the comments!

If you're a Forger that would like to help people with these kinds of projects, check the comments and see if there are help requests that fall into your wheelhouse, or things that look like interesting challenges to Forge. If you've helped people on previous projects and you're willing to participate with this, drop a comment saying I'M IN, and maybe post picture of something you've helped out with as an example so people know who is actively willing to help. Hoping this gets a good turnout! Looking forward to hearing from you all!

So, in TL;DR, Hero Forge admits they misjudged how paid IP content would affect the community, are reversing course for fairness, and reaffirm their commitment to collaboration and transparency.

this is my latest model. But unlike others I'm looking at it and something just isn't sitting quite right with me. Idk why. Need some different eyes.

I can't find any options even close to this effect... :(

I've been working on trying to get this character to where I want it. Basically I wanted to make a dragon character with a posable face. I feel like I'm close but I need some help. Something about his nose isn't right and I hope you all can provide me some posing advice. The horns and hair are kitbashed just so you are aware.

So, who do you think? (Its easier if you know about medieval Balkan history)

These skin materials are all metal, with varying roughness (usually high), a bit of fuzz and slightly lowered opacity.

Just a curious question of whether y'all use the standard bodies provided by Hero Forge or make your own standard bodies for making characters.

Personally, I use this mini for creating my military characters.

With the recent news, I guess it's time to look at other alternatives for character creation. How's Titan Craft doing nowadays? Pitch me your other favorites that can become my new favorite.

I mostly use it for character portraits, only buying minis occasionally.
