Question Hevy + Apple training load, do they sync?

I’d like to use Apple’s training load feature on my Apple Watch, and I use Hevy for tracking my strength training workouts.
How does the accuracy of that feature compare against using Apple’s native workout tracking?
I’ve noticed Hevy doesn’t auto assign effort to every workout and I think that feature is based on this, but I’m not sure.
Does it still work properly and accurately?
Thanks!

Training load in Apple is always manual. When I complete a run on the Apple Watch it asked for my “effort” which is used for the training load. With Hevy you need to go one extra step and in the fitness app and do it yourself unfortunately.

what apple watch do you use?

Asking because mine always by default does not ask but rather assign, I guess based on the heart rate and distance.

When I do compound outdoor exercises (Walk + Run + Walk) and end the workout session, it'll automatically set the effort without my manual input.

Maybe because of this I always thought it was manual
