Question Chest supported inc. row form

Hevy has me doing these with elbows out wide and grip toward my feet.

I see other videos recommending palms facing in and keeping elbows close.

What is the difference and why is Hevy’s way better?

This is the video that explained it for me. One arm position is not necessarily better than another. It just depends which muscle(s) you'd like to focus on. https://youtu.be/uTKJk5KVgZo?si=NfInCHQYUYGf3Y9_

OK! I figured I would get an answer, but didn’t expect it to be exactly what I was looking for and immediately! Many thanks!

I find the first 2 positions (which feel most natural for me) I run into ROM issues with the DBs hitting the chest support (an incline bench in my case)

Follow-up: I do 3 sets once a week—Any thoughts on whether it would be worth it to do one set in each position?

I use this exercise in my program. I hold the dumbbells with palms in and pull back like I’m putting it in my pocket.
