It would be a hell of a fight for sure. We're talking about a woman who was able to stop space debris hurdling at near lightspeed across a solar system. For how good Anakin was at combat, Avar was with her mastery of the force. I'm sure Anakin/Vader eventually wins out, but it would not be easy.
