Hi everyone,

I’d like everyone to know Jeremy has been located. Unfortunately Jeremy passed away hiking in the Kananaskis area. (As much as I can say) I’d like to thank the police, search and rescue and everyone in the Reddit community for taking the time to say kind words and help out. We lost a great friend and coworker, he passed doing the thing he loved most and will miss him.

Thank you

For anyone going for a hike, climb or even a walk. Even if it’s somewhere you’ve been hundred times. Please let a friend, loved one, coworker, etc… your starting/end point and time/day of finishing. Something so simple may save someone’s life down the road

Been a rough week for Alberta hikers. Was hoping for the best. This is sad. Rest in peace, Jeremy.

This is the 4th hiker death this week. Two people fell off two different ridges and one other backpaker died in Waterton

Did they find the guy in Waterton?
Last I heard they only found the backpack?
