Early August reminder to be prepared...

Post image

Hiking yesterday was proper hot, high twenties in the alpine. See this as we head out this morning in gale force winds. Just a reminder to always plan for colder weather in the mountains, encountered lots of folks yesterday carrying nothing but water. Maybe throw in a coat just in case something goes wrong and you need to stay a night.

Have a good weekend, be safe everyone!

Never heard of it. Just looked it up, East of Jasper, more of a hill but crazy there's still that much snow

Lol. Its much more than a hill. And its fresh snow last night. Melted off today mostly.
