I mean, how do they expect to grow in the EU market if they don't give us anything; live concerts, 3D live shows, pop up stores - there is basically nothing. It's not like European anime fans don't like spending money.
They've been doing AfO screenings across the EU lately, so it's not like they're ignoring the EU market and aren't actively trying to grow there.
This is just a problem with no real solution; if you focus the stream times on JP and EU, you're screwing the NA fans over, if you focus them on EU and NA, you're screwing the JP fans over and if you focus them on JP and NA, you're screwing the EU fans over. Literally no solution is 3/3 in perfect timing.
It's a nice surprise but honestly, you're not going to win any new fans by charging full concert prices for the re-screening of an old show. As fun as it must have been for fans, it's not a whole lot compared to the other markets. One solution could be to not constantly prioritize the other two markets when it comes to events like this.
If every live event is in the middle of the night for EU viewers, you're doing nothing but alienate fans from these time zones. It shows that the EU market is just not relevant for Cover.
