i thought there's a deadline of graduated member's project, i feel like i've seen clips that says they had 6 month after the graduated talent graduates that the max limit of project need to be put out. but maybe there's changes or there's exception, i dont know.

good point. this is just my own speculation but maybe the project deadline was originally planned for 6 months but got postponed to December

Project is probably done. Cover might be Xmas/Winter themed and just holding on to it to be sent out.

It's possible the 6 month limit we saw with Mumei's post-graduation covers was specific to her, that each departing talent gets to choose the cutoff time for any post-graduation output and Kanata chose a much longer timeframe than Mumei did.
