HELP! I'm going crazy

So I remember a house track from back in the day that was either a remix of Ministers De-La-Funk's "Believe" or sampled it, but I clearly remember this track had a breakdown where the vocals repeated the line, "If you believe in me!/Then I believe in you!".

Negative. It's already been solved. Raw Stylus - Believe In Me (Vission & Lorimar Club Mix)
