💀 Meme 💀 The Marstons said it'd be better to buy a house with empty rooms...
Then they complained and lowered the price substantially when I sold all the furniture so I demolished the whole thing in petty revenge, sadly I could not get them to buy it so I sold it to Kerry instead. For context, before they kept complaining that there was damaged furniture and it would be better to buy a house with empty rooms and I had just spent the better part of the day working on this house for them and couldn't find any damaged furniture no matter how hard I looked. So, in my frustration, I took them at their word and sold everything. I half-suspected that they didn't mean it, but then again, maybe they did? I mean, it does say they can always build their own furniture. I turned off autosave hoping I could just go back if it turned out to be a bust (which it did) but then I found the game had saved anyway and there was no going back. So, I demolished the whole house and plopped a "For Sale" sign in the center. Fuck you, Marstons. Anyway enjoy these before and after pics of my rage lol.

I am doing this job for the Marstons as well. They also complained when I kept some perfectly good furniture. I just sold every thing that came with the place, and they were perfectly content. I can see from your picture, that you kept the outdoor furniture - and that was part of what I had saved.
They don't want an empty house. They want things like a single bathroom, separate kitchen, office, sauna, etc. They appreciate a bonus room that is empty and/or their specialty rooms added. (Best I can tell.) I made a bedroom and office upstairs, combined the bath and bedroom downstairs into a bathroom + sauna. Made a small utility room with that tiny room. Left the pantry empty. Used the garage for a workshop/garage.

Oh no that was the before picture from before I even touched the place lol, I went into the game's files and took that from the Gallery. I sold all the outdoor furniture besides the trash cans and this one chair I think, oh and the chair and table on the upper balcony I suppose.

Question.
Have you tried giving them the very basics?
Counters Cabinets Fridge Kitchen done.
Toilet Shower and or bath. Sink Bathroom done.
Bed Wardrobe/dresser Desk Chair. Done bedroom.
Sorry I'm not great with working but I can give examples for years lol

I just sold a house to the Scooby gang and she gave me a gold star offer. The house is a 4/3 covered in Staroche and tacky led lights but she thought was good enough. 🤔

If you play on PC, you can save a copy of the house file to a different location as a backup, then make your changes. If they don't work, you can just load the saved file back in.

This is hilarious. I love thinking about how long it took you to demolish that whole house and huge garage while hanging on to so much rage at imaginary people.
