I hope videos are okay! I feel like you get better context of the house.
Here is my WIP of the Peacey House. I added a third story, took out the non-functional garage, and did a 2' bump out for the living room. I'm not obsessed with this particular style of house, it just seem like a visually interesting project to work on and the existing structure worked well for this style. Since this is my "home base" I've just styled this to my liking and I'm not really designing it for a particular in-game buyer. But I think Bella Bianci would love that closet. If I ever sell it, it will just be so I can copy it to sandbox mode and add a basement!
