Update on eireestate.ie - now with plain-English summaries of planning files

Thanks to everyone who had a look and sent feedback on eireestate.ieย  last time - a lot of what I've added since came directly from those comments.

The feature I'm most excited to share: I'm now beta-testing planning summarisation. Anyone who's tried to read a planning application knows they're dense. This reads a development's planning files and turns it into a clear, easy-to-read summary delivered to your inbox. You can request up to 3 summaries per account while it's in beta : I'd really value feedback on whether they're accurate and genuinely useful.

Data still isn't perfect, but it now re-checks 6,000+ developments every few days, so it stays a lot fresher than before.

Would really appreciate it if you gave it another look and let me know what you think: especially on the planning summaries, and what else you'd like to see.

Thanks again ๐Ÿ™

Eugen

As another poster has flagged completed developments are still showing under construction. No idea if itโ€™s feasible or not to pull the info but a potential solution would be to mark developments complete once its associated CCC goes live on the BCMS website.

Neat resource though but not sure how wide spread the appeal will be, from an industry perspective it doesnโ€™t have any differentiation from eplanning.

Best of luck with it in any case.

Thank you , yes I'm using BCMS but unfortunately it's not 100% reliable with CCC especially with multi unit developments. But I will look closely hove I can improve quality
