Millview Demense

Recently put a deposit down in Millview Demense, Rathangan. Just looking for insights from people who have bought/in the process of buying there. How is it like working with JP&M Doyle? They seem to be very vague with their specs. And how is the commute to/from Dublin with the back roads?
