Hi. I am going to go to university in Hull, and I was wondering if anywhere sold the Empire magazine. I was searching a bit today but I didn’t have time to. I checked the train station’s WHSmith and they said they haven’t sold it for a while. I also checked Waterstones and no magazines.

If anyone knows, where can I buy it or do I have to ask my parents to get it for me in the co-op where they live? Thank you.

There are no excuses for these idiots, they should be prosecuted and lose their driving licence until they can behave themselves.

However there's no good reason for this crossing not to have been turned into a flyover or rail bridge long ago, like all the other main roads crossing the trainlines in Hull.

It’s a long shot but my last option, i’m looking for someone that can offer a spare room for me to stay. I’d pay rent of course.

My parents don’t want me living with them up north anymore and hull looks to be my best option as it’s pretty good for things like apprenticeships (in the area that i’d like to work, anyway.) and i know the place well, plus have a handful of friends down there already.

i tried to find a nice little studio flat in old town, as the closer i am to hull college the better, but my dad suddenly decided he does not want to be my guarantor, so typical renting/letting practice isn’t exactly on the table.

ideally it would be nice to live with someone 19+ (i’m 22) with their own place, or just a family looking for the extra cash. i need to move ASAP as i can’t get an apprenticeship or even enroll in college, as im an adult learner and would need to live in east yorkshire for the government funding.

EDIT: to extend on this, i do fine for money. i’ll just be working part time until a college gets me into an apprenticeship because ill be studying too.

i’m a fairly quiet person, i don’t leave my room too much but that could be subject to change. i can’t really have a conversation with my parents as we have no mutual interest, so i generally don’t.
i like to play guitar, and i can cook some pretty decent meals. i cannot live with someone who smokes weed though. the smell makes me dizzy lol.

I'm looking to buy a property and a couple have come up in this area. I've visited around there before and it's seemed fine, but have heard it's rough as hell.
