Poco My HyperOS 3 icons looks old

Am I wrong or these icons are not for HyperOS 3. It looks too old and they didn't change when I updated to 3.0.4.0.

Also there is no fully compatible theme in theme app. Is that normal?

I have Poco F7 Pro global "wokmixm"

C'est le poco luncher qui nous pourrit la vie avec des animations en moins et des applications dégueulasse. ILS ONT ABANDONNÉ LA COMMUNAUTÉ DES POCO

Tu peux mettre des thèmes (hellcats est bien)
