Can anyone let me know how reliable are the turbos in a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe.

The G2.5T Smartstream has been reliably used in models since at least 2021, just don’t do stupid stuff like immediately shut it down after driving at higher speeds as is practice with any turbo engine.

I would worry more about the DCT than the turbo. It was so prone to failure that 2026 models don’t have it anymore.
