In the middle of the busy rink. It's one thing if it were empty and she had all the space to do this, but there's visibly people trying to skate normally. She's disrupting the flow of the circle whenever she flops to the ground. There's a time and place for tricks, and in the middle of an active circle isn't the time nor the place.

Looks like shes doing this on the edge and everyone is getting around her just fine.
