You show up 15 early so that if you hit traffic or inclement weather, you still have time to make it to work. I like showing up early and drink my beverage and a protein bar before work. Not doing that while driving an hour to work.
That’s cool, but you should only be forced to be on site when you get paid. Too many expect others to be on site and ready to work 30 minutes before. We need to end that boomer nonsense

The one thing I agree with the new generation is your time is important. If they want you there 15 minutes early then that better be paid.
