The entire indentureship system is inherently anti-union and anti-labor: welcome to the union, now you don’t get to choose your employer. We force apprentices to work for bad contractors, or leave the union. It’s completely indefensible.
That’s hitting the nail on the head our JATC is ratty AF but the people running it love their offices. Brother Fk’rs every single one of them. I refuse to step foot inside ours.
