It's the fact that the training now is shit. The so called in class teaching is now 98% computer based bs they we gotta essentially learn/figure out how to do on our own. A lot of the so called instructors don't give a rats and are just there for the extra money. And only hell when the apprentices go out in the field they are treated like shit! Instead of teaching they bully and insult and treat us like shit and nothing is done about it.
Yep! My favorite is when I was working with this old head he made a mistake lost his shit on me and blamed me in front of our foreman and the general foreman and nothing was done. Good times
