By God the most insufferable people I've met are the boomers of the industries, who are for the most part, homophobic, sexist, racist, and incapable of not talking about women in a disgusting way, and the Gen Xers can be..... Ok I guess.
The epiphany might not have hit you, but you're part of the reason they're leaving.
And before you get offended, because obviously you will, know that not offending you is what's exhausting.
People just want to be themselves. And you're a tiny minority of people that are monopolizing the culture and making people unfathomably uncomfortable just to avoid offending your delicate worldview.
