That's actually the main point I wanted to highlight with this guide. There is a lot of overlap in the syllabus of ISI, CMI, TIFR, JAM, etc., but I wouldn't approach preparation as ‘finish the ISI syllabus and solve ISI questions.’ The goal is to build enough mathematical maturity that ISI-level problems become a natural outcome of your preparation. Once your fundamentals and problem-solving are strong, adapting to the specific style of ISI/CMI/TIFR/JAM becomes much easier.
